All jewelry is handcrafted, and slight variations in color, texture, stone characteristics, or finish may occur. Natural gemstones may include inclusions or irregularities. These are not considered defects.

We strive to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen displays colors precisely.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change descriptions and pricing at any time.

3. Pricing & Billing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unauthorized activity occur. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a refund if payment has been processed.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

4. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All custom, personalized, resized, or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Deposits for custom projects are non-refundable.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. By purchasing, you agree to those terms.

6. Shipping

Shipping terms are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or theft after delivery confirmation.

7. Jewelry Care & Wear

Fine jewelry requires proper care. We are not responsible for damage caused by:

Normal wear and tear
Improper storage
Exposure to chemicals, moisture, or impact
Third-party repairs or modifications

Customers are responsible for selecting correct ring sizes.

8. Repairs

We may offer repair services at our discretion. Repair costs, shipping, and insurance are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is deemed defective.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cisco Grove Jewelry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item.
