Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.
To initiate a return, email ciscogrovejewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be approved before items are sent back.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Free of scratches, damage, or signs of wear

In original packaging (box, pouch, etc.)

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Because we sell fine jewelry, any item that has been worn, resized, repaired, altered, or damaged cannot be accepted.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Requirements

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds
