Free Shipping

We offer complimentary standard U.S. shipping on orders over $250 (before taxes and discounts).

Orders under $250 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

  • In-stock pieces ship within 2–5 business days

  • Made-to-order or custom pieces require additional production time, noted on the product page

You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Method & Security

Due to the value of fine jewelry:

  • All orders ship via insured, trackable services

  • A signature may be required upon delivery

  • Packages are insured while in transit

We are not responsible for packages once tracking shows delivery confirmation.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has shipped.

International Shipping

We ship internationally where available.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout

  • Duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility

  • Delivery times vary based on customs processing

Lost or Delayed Packages
